Lemon Lime Tea Cakes



  1. Preheat oven 350
  2. Lightly spray mini muffin tins with pam
  3. In large bowl beat butter and 2/3 cup sugar
  4. Add lemon and lime zest and beat till fluffy
  5. Add juices and eggs
  6. Turn mixer to low and add flour and salt beat well
  7. Divide batter among muffin cups (about 1 Tablespoon)
  8. Bake cakes about 15 minutes (test for doneness)
  9. Dust
